  visited this restaurant following recommendation from a friend . We arrived and were greeted by the friendly owner and shown to a table. There is no menu so we asked him what to order and he recommended the chicken and rice, and we also ordered a portion of string hoppers to try. There is a chef at the front of the restaurant making kottu roti (a local dish eaten for dinner), and there was a constant stream of locals calling in to buy this to take away. The food was delicious and the portion sizes were huge. We didn't know what to expect when the bill came with there being no menu, and we were shocked by how cheap it was. For the 4 dishes and 4 cokes, the total was 880 rupees. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to experience delicious local food.

  Wholesome family restaurant.. went for dinner had the kotthu was delicious. Must check out their breakfast and lunch buffet.
