  I visited 3 times & the customer service is worst. The front desk ladies are very very lazy. & very slow. They don’t know about customer service at all. (Like a typical government office) I’m not sure the management aware this.

  Very poor service by front office staff. Ladies sitting in front desk do not know basic customer care. Meddle with their work ignoring the customer. Never ask to wait or sit. Badly organized systems. Customer is asked to go to store, hand over the item bring the store's receipt to office and get a document. Why can't they issue the document at store, avoiding the poor front office? Same procedure when collecting after repairs. Credit card machine out of order so customers must have cash to pay. Repairs somehow happen perhaps due to remote control. Very high cost and poor service.

  Some what untidy place. Nit properly maintain equipment that we handover
