::Great to see and hear from the locals about moonstone gems. Once we got there they greeted us and took us on the tour at the mine. Good explanation on the process of gem stone mining. It is a family run business and it was great to meet the owner. She showed us the gem shop. Good prices for the gems as well.

::I think the shop prices are fair. You can see the mine etc. But the guy showing how they mine it and wash the mud to get the stones is kind of begging for money at the end. I don't want to encourage this behavior even if I feel sorry for him.
