  Agence à laquelle nous avons fait appel pour louer un tuk-tuk pendant 2 semaines (que je ne conseillerais qu'à des personnes à l'aise en moto). Au-delà de l'aventure qui était géniale, l'agence a été professionnelle et à l'écoute. L' agence s'occupe de demander l'autorisation de conduite (nécessaire au Sri Lanka). La demande prend une demi journée (voire une journée) mais vous pouvez profiter de Negombo pendant ce temps donc ça permet d'éviter un aller retour et des heures d'attente à Colombo. De plus, nous avons eu un problème d'itinéraire le dernier jour (mauvais calcul de temps vu que le tuk-tuk ne peut pas prendre l'autoroute) mais ils nous ont attendu jusque 21h et ont été compréhensifs à notre arrivée. Ils proposent également de récupérer le tuk-tuk entre deux gares si vous souhaitez prendre le train. Nous avons payé cette somme mais finalement nous n'avons pas pu le faire. Nous avons oublié de récupérer la somme le dernier jour mais ils ont accepté sans problème que des amis viennent récupérer les sous deux semaines plus tard. Bref, une agence est très professionnelle qui nous a donné pleine satisfaction! Merci à eux!

  Conmigo se portaron de forma excelente, me recogieron en el aeropuerto me dieron los papeles necesarios para conducir el TukTuk y cuando llamaba para alguna duda enseguida me respondían, a la vuelta no tuve ningún problema para devolver el TukTuk y llevarme mi deposito. Experiencia excelente

  Worst experience by a tour operator, the driver Ashan begun to speak about tips after a quarter of an hour, and so on for the rest of our journey... As we organized the trip we said to the tour operator we want to choose our Hotels during the trip and he said ok, but at the end the driver was totally pissed off we don't go to his hotels where he gets his part (we found Hotels of same categori costing half of those he suggested). He tried to bring us to make massages, gem shops, batik and spicy garden witch are big tourist traps. He only spoke about this. We refuse everything, because we wanted to see Sri Lanka in only two weeks and because we paid 150€ for the three days car driver which is a lot. After the second day he find a bad excuse to leave us near the Lion Rock. He said his mother was in Hospital. We said ok, because he was angry all the time, but we have to get back the 50€ for the third day. He said he only have 30€ because the Tour operator was a bad person and pay him too less, at the end I called the tourist operator Of Alma tours and the young man gaves us all the 50€ back because he had the money! But we still had to organize by our own the transfer to Kandy, because the tour operator didn't send us another driver! Choose another tour operator

  If you travel to negombo, you must at least try out the local tuk tuk adventure at least once, although that will probably be enough. I tried hiring one of the Big Bike's from Happy Tour Bike Hire. Other service self driving cars , motot cycle tours, vehical tour and rent a car. competent service."
