  Bugs & bad service. We arrived very late after a day of travel from india, so after a while the gentleman agreed to check us in, in the morning. They had no record of our expedia booking, and wanted to re-charge us...at a rate higher than we paid. Luckily we had our paperwork. There were 3 ppl working, they were less than helpful. Linnens were clean, however there were A LOT of bugs & ants in the room....we have not come across this, even hostel hopping through India. I'd go somewhere else!!!

  I booked the hotel, two/ three months prior to my visit and when I inquired if I need to make an advance payment they said "no, you may pay at the hotel". All discussions were done through telephone and email. I was pretty happy with my booking and their service, until a week back. They had dropped me an email to confirm my booking once again or it will get cancelled in a few days, and a second email saying my booking got cancelled. This all happened within a span of 7 days where I was unable to access my personal email. They didn't have the decency to phone me up and request a confirmation email, and potentially ruined my travel plans. Frankly, an irresponsible team managing the place and not a trust worthy service. Would not recommend unless you like the stress of searching for hotels in the last moment in a rush due to surprise cancellations.

  Nice calm stay. fresh and clean environment. supportive friendly staff. AC and Satellite television services available in cottages. moderate size swimming pool.

  Nice rooms and pool and helpfull staff. Technical maintenance could be better and administration could improve.
