  Work is not professional. Undue delay of everything (took one week to get even the estimate and provide it to the insurance company despite that an insurance agent visits the place daily). Gets months to order a part from their mother company in India and receive it. They even do not have a mechanism of getting a confirmation on the date of receiving the part from their mother company. None of the workers nor the management have a sense regarding the value of delivering the vehicle to the customer timely. If you wish to get your vehicle repaired from here, you need to find an alternative solution for your transport for at least the next 3 months! (if this in your only vehucle, you gave to bear more cost for this than the cost for repair). They do not check the vehicle properly after the repair. So you have to visit the place again for the left over part (in my case they attended it free of charge though). The interior cleaning after their so called "major repair" was pathetic in my case. Even an ordinary 'body wash' place would do a better interior cleaning than AMW. Interestingly, they do not have an easy mechanism of complaining as well. This clearly shows their level of Customer Care. Think twice before buying a vehicle from AMW and think seriously before getting it repaired from AMW.

  I've been there for my SUV accident repair, with in one week that have done their job, friendly staff, better have an appointment before you go there..
