I went to this showroom to get some information about a bike and had some bad experience. The staff really needs to study how to talk to their customers.

I have had the experience of owning a wide variety of vehicles over the last 20 years and thereby, I think I would be able to give an honest and accurate evaluation of local agents for these vehicles. I can say without a doubt that AMW is at the BOTTOM of the pit! From the difficulty in getting through to the relevant individual, to the stocking of spares, to actual servicing of their brand! What hardest to understand is how a reputed global brand like NISSAN would ruin their branding, by permitting such average folks, with less than average enthusiasm, to continue as local agents for Nissan! I currently own a X-Trail Hybrid. The 5000Km 'service' done at AMW consists of about 2 & half hours of beautifying and about 20 mts of work under the hood! No scan, no test drive on completion, no NOTHING! Whereas, EVERY other SUV i have owned in the last 10-15 years (about 11 different vehicles among 5 brands) have ALL done so! I can understand if this basic type of 'service' is offered to for a Maruti costing about 2 Million Rupees but NOT for an SUV or mid/high end vehicles that an owner of such, would naturally expect a greater level of attention. If all I can expect is a basic oil change and a wash of my SUV, I don't need to go to AMW, I can do it at less cost and MUCH LESS TIME at a dozen places close to my home! I will NEVER buy another NISSAN simply 'cos of the lousy local agents - and I will advise all who cross my path to do the same!
