  This is the external degree center of the UCSC (University of Colombo School of Computing). Earlier it was used to be near the Colombo Town hall. But now shifted to this place. The degree is equivalent to any computer Bsc degree. The center provides only registration, study materials. The UCSC staff conducts the exams and awards the degree. No lectures are conducted from UCSC. Have to depend on external institutes. You can see their ranks by visiting the official site.

  While the staff is friendly, nobody seemingly wants to answer the phone. They really should answer their phone; I had to go there in person to even get help with some minor issues.
