  BOC bank NO1 in srilanka Services are good for customers. Some places slower than private bank.

  Yes truly good bank, but the customer service lady in the Ragama Branch took 01 hour to do a fixed deposit. not gave the priority to Customer who is sit in front of her.

  The branch was shifted to their own building on the 06th of April 2016. It is a newly built spacious building with a staff who are well conversant of their job. Good bank to bank with. Safe lockers are available for customers at present. Those who need contact the bank. The approach road is flooded and filled with mud on rainy days. Management ought to look into this matter.

  Wonderful place newly built
