  Very courteous service from the owner down to the labourer. Reasonable pricing. Large variety of items available. Larger parking area will help.

  They have many types of papers, stickers and accessories. Prices are reasonable.

  Worst customer service I have ever faced! Appalling way to handle online deliveries. I ordered on Friday at 10am and got an email receipt saying order is being processed. I assumed it would take an hour or two tops. When they didn't deliver after 2pm, I called (2.45pm) lady said she'll check and call back. I called again at 3.30pm and she was still figuring out my order. I asked it to be delivered before 5 to my office. She gave the wrong address to the courier guy and therefore they couldn't deliver on Friday. I told her to send it on Monday at 9.30am. she told me to call and deal with the courier guy and gave me his number. Monday morning I call the courier guy he says he returned the order and he's not involved. Call best paper again and they say courier delay. Order comes in at around 11.30am on Monday with an additional cost of 500/- for "shipping" (this was not mentioned in the initial email invoice) when I call the guy he spews some bullshit about them not giving free courier etc and made me pay that. In addition the website is the most unnavigatable mess. They have the same product in two different places, but one is valid and the other is not. How are we supposed to know this when it looks the same? Never shopping at best paper - or should I say worst paper - again! I would rather trudge to pettah and be assured of proper service and prices than be cheated like this.
