  Kind of bland experience. Very barebone service - a very basic experience, no personal touch or hospitality to make the experience relaxing or enjoyable for customers. Service is very much in one door out the other. Even the setting and equipment are rather 'deteriorated' looking. The waxing itself was inconsistent and the waxer pulled out hair at a nearly 180 degree angle so a lot of hair broke at the surface level. Waxing area was not cleaned well before or after, so I left feeling rather sticky. Overall - fine if you just need the job done but inconsistent so not really worth the price. I'd definitely try a few more places before coming back.

  Overall good. But sometimes the new staff tend to hold you very roughly to do the waxing as a result your arms hurt at the end of the session.
