  Please note that I'm writing this review not as a user of services offer by this company. This is about the recruitment process and HR ethics follow by this organization. Also note that I'm not an employee of this company and I wasn't. but i speak for young and energetic victims who had a bad experience When it comes to the recruitment processes, HR department of this organization has the wildest behavior that any such an organization can have .Recruitment and interview process of this organization totally depend on gossip rides. When an organization treats their own people like this, I wonder how their customers can trust it.

  So far having experience with Micro-finance in Gamapaha district. These guys are having very pleasant marketing officers with best understood meaning of Micro-finance which is meant to encourage the domestic sector. They also Grant loans and recover them smoothly by touching the peoples' heart. Very good management approach.
