  taxi i ordered was broken. it got nuts and bolts moving around. Steering wheel was not aligned. car was very shaky and unhygienic. A/C worked only the first few mins and i had to open rear windows in a dusty high traffic road. back seat was heating up for some reason. one of the worst rides in Colombo.

  Very rude in addressing customers, taxis are ok. Need to be look into customer care more. I would give one star but can't complain about the taxis
