  Terrible bus booking service. They dont have proper system with the booking party and bus service. They don't provide any other options if there is any trouble with the bus service. Even they didnt call to customers for inform the situation. Terible customer service in busbooking.lk and bus owners. Also they don't have customer service after 8.pm. But most of the long distance bus travels start 7.00 pm. You can find very bad reviews form the Internet about this place.

  Worst booking experience ever! First our bus got cancelled by just an simply call with a bad English (he said something about an accident). He didn't suggested an other bus or changing the booking. After we called him back he said there will be an other bus on the next day. (We agreed) After we had to spend an other expensive night in Colombo we went to the bus station. First we thought it will work out. Until here is everything still acceptable. On the bus station the real trouble started. We asked for the bus and pointed at one and the guy we've asked, said that's not the bus, later after all the locals went in we asked the same guy again than he said that's the bus. (Just in case, for no misunderstanding, I'm talking about the same bus). We didn't bothered to much, because we had our booking confirmation. The guy we asked for the bus took us with a really bad mood in and wanted to give us a really bad seat in the back. We told him we have a booking for seats in the 3rd row not somewhere in the back, because we get quickly travel sick. We showed hin the booking and he just said there is no booking and sent us out of the bus. And there we where standing at the bus station. On the phone we couldn't reach anyone of busbooking.lk Really bad service and the bus personal is really rude and unfriendly.
