  I don't like the service provided , I understand they have responsible jobs to do , balance and provide equal rights to all. plus every thing is according to the law. every steps are recorded. they do have large number of application and limited employees. may be that's why we had to rate them bad. also securities and safety of Canadian are important tools also . very hard jobs....but files may delays because depending on the case law. how ever we expect good service.....within less time period ..... with no controversial laws.....
