  Worst human resources department in the world here in the CCS lanka. There are so many evidence to prove these people. But the other departments are well compare with this . I worked 6 month here. There are very honest people in this factory accept HR manager. But the the HR team has different rules they call we are human resource but they don't know how to treat people. HR manager and CEO don't know these people act. I went for the first interview and waited for while in that time I saw that stuff member behave like a fish market and receptionist watching television with her phone. Not only this I have so many things to tell.
