    Place to collect foreign parcels. Bit quicker than other government offices.

    The opening time states 1pm for weekdays, however no one is working between 1 & 2pm. You are made to wait, no one communicates with you, in singhalese or English, and your parcels sit on a desk in front of you for you to look at for an hour before anyone actually does anything. Staff stroll in and out of the room eating snacks, conversing, with only one guy pretending to work going back and forth to his empty desk, and to the parcels. It's ridiculous! The process is so simple, the problem is no one wants to take charge and do the work.

    Good place..took them 50minutes to clear my parcel ,the place doesnot seem to be properly arranged and you may have to ask a lot of directions and information..

    Went to collect a parcel, it was quite quicker than expected. I had to ask directions so asked the staff there, they were really helpful.
