  While in Colombo, visiting a masonic temple was on my list of priorities. History is fascinating, and history of colombo is manifested here. You will see it in the masonry, woodwork and stained glass. I was fortunate to visit at a time when the temple was empty, the guards were excited to see an excited tourist. They let me look around patiently. I reccomend a visit, if you are a patron of craftsmanship/theology/Spirituality etc. Even if you are not, this is a mighty sight for an absolute idiot.

  Beautifully maintained and guarded little church that breathes the rich scent of Sri Lanka and of the people and their hard and short lives in times past.
