  We were put in this hotel by our host that we originally booked on Airbnb. There was a confusion in our booking and we were sent here. It's a comfortable room with a double bed. We had a kettle in the room but no fridge. Wifi was good BUT it keeps cutting off after some time of using. So we had to keep telling the reception to reset it for us (it was a pain to keep telling them but it's the only way). During our stay, there was a minor construction right underneath our room. There's no heavy machinery but they were banging. We were woken up by it. Not sure how long they'll be doing it but if you get up early before they start work, then it won't bother you. The location was great, nearby places to eat, change money, and also the railway station. Airport pick up is $25 which we recommend especially if you arrive at hours like we did. This saves you the hassle of being tout by other drivers upon arrival. The building is also a part of an apartment block. Some say it's dodgy, some would have no problems. We always enter and exit from the reception area even though you can exit/enter using the back stairs. You'll have an access card to enter the room area. We felt safe but we didn't like the construction downstairs. Luckily it was only for two nights stay. Recommended for short stay.

  To walk the stairs to the rooms could look very daunting, but it belies the clean, newly renovated room. Good location for an overnight stay & close 2 station if U'r taking the train. Not suitable for a long stay as there is nothing to do, but is central for getting around in CBD. The outside of this place looks out to a few other apartments (which are not very clean & looks dodgy) which is a stark contrast to inside the room. Approximately 45 minutes from the airport. Our check in was quick & smooth, front desk very friendly.

  Cozy and newly rooms in a not so building. Ideal location. Missing breakfast service

  Right in the centre of town but room was still quiet, clean & comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff too. Good value for money.

  Very spacious rooms - clean and quiet although close to both restaurants and the main train station. For those arriving to Colombo before heading to another town, this is the perfect stop-over!
