  I went to the dentist PROF. GANANANDA NANAYAKARRA and he pretends to be very nice to gain your trust and then he charged me 7 teeths 270€ but I felt how he repaired only 4 teeth! So be careful with him!!!! He stole from me 105€ but then gave me back 80€, but still terrible experience and I lost 3 days of my holidays with this hassel!!!

  This place I would not call a hospital.. I brought my wife in for a high fever and strong chills. The “doctor” in what they call emergency room had no clue what to do, other than check my wife’s fever and blood pressure. Then the so called doctor had to call another doctor outside the hospital to advise her what to do. After that I was asked to pay 20,000 rupees because they said she had to be admitted. So I payed. We were taken to a filthy room which I had to convince my wife to stay in since we had to wait for a real doctor to arrive; we turned off the light to get a little shut eye because it was 12am and the doctor would only come at 7:30am. We woke up at about 4:30 am only to find our bodies full of musquito bites, a huge ugly spider webbing directly above our heads and to my surprise a cockroach that is about 5 inches tall on the bed chilling. My wife walked out of her hospital room and refused to stay one more second and we ended up in the street where there was no taxis or tuktuks anywhere. And finally when the doctor came he said everything is now fine and we can leave. In the end all they wanted was to charge me money cuz I’m a foreigner. The hospital is a huge scam and I would advise anyone who is thinking of coming here for treatment to go to any nearby pharmacy and get treated. It would cost a hell of a lot less and you would actually get treated. I hope no one goes threw what we went through.

  I called more than 10 times. Finally answered by a lady and there weren't any greetings or etiquettes. Just ''hello''. And I had to ask "is this co operative hospital?." Is this the way?

  The hospital has developed greately in the past years. The new building is great. Rooms are beyond expectation. ETU is afforbable and great. Quality of service is ok. The customer service needs to be improved though.

  This is worst experience ever I had so far. Because of emergency I had to admit my wife here for her delivering the baby. When I go to the reception, they even don't know how many rooms are vacant. They don't care about customers relationships manners. And when I came to the room it was disaster. even don't have enough linen and then when we ask about it, they told we have to wait for the linen supplier.
