  Average at most, but in fact lower than that. I don't really care about the price and don't want to compare on that aspect - just don't know if it's cheaper or more expensive in relation to peers. So. On the wine: one open white wine bottle available, resulting in three glasses (instead of four ordered. Eeeh). One red wine bottle available. They have beer. On the food: grilled calamari are good, but spring rolls have too thick external wraps. It's not spring rolls in any ways, it is pirozhki s myasom. Rice'n'curry was one of the weakest I've tried on Sri-Lanka from the North to South: three large bones instead of chicken meat, watery curry additions. Not worth it. Oh, and hard to explain what you want: poor English ('resturent' on the sign). Is this a place for locals?

  Nice breezy place on 2nd floor. Better price and better food than the beach restaurants.

  A very good restaurant. It's set in the third floor of a small building and the restaurant itself is stylish with an ambient atmosphere. The food is exceptional. We had the four vegetable curry which was brilliantly flavored and well thought out. Also very cheap (350 ruppees) and appropriately portioned (not too big for one person). The hostess was funny and attentive. Only negative was a bit of a wait for the good to come out, but I think we were just unlucky to arrive at a similar time to lots of other people. Thoroughly recommended if you're in the area.

  The menu contains a lot of western food but if you order the local meal of the day you won’t be disappointed! Friendly family run place :)
