::I was very disappointed how being a Sri Lankan citizen living abroad I was not able to open an account. First they told me my address was different compared to my National id and was being all negative about it and second they were questioning my citizenship and residency and wanted to call the immigration to see If I was allowed to open an account. Which I don’t see how being a citizen the embassy has any relevance to it. If they couldn’t do the job they should inform the client ASAP and not take their time as well.
