  Absolutely exceptional - after 3 weeks of travelling around Sri Lanka, this gorgeous place (notably the bungalow) was one of my highlights. Not only is the pool a very good size and the breakfasts delicious but also the accommodation is beautifully finished in a wildlife hotspot - we watched a peacock dance in the garden!! We felt like we were in paradise staying at D Canal House and can't wait to return :-) 10/10

  Beautiful place close to the jungle and the beach. It is wonderful to wake up and hear the sounds of the jungle in the morning, to feel connected to the nature. 5 stars place.

  Really beautiful place with a good breakfast. Some problems with water supply in the afternoon. The first night sounds from peacocks was really annoying.

  Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen und Mitarbeiter und Manager waren sehr nett. Es ist eine neue Anlage mit viel Liebe zum Detail in einer sehr ruhigen urwaldartigen Ungebung nur ca. 1 km Fußweg entfernt vom Strand. Wer Entspannung und gleichzeitig den schönen Strand in Mirissa genießen möchte, finde in dieser Unterkunft eine tolle Anlaufstelle. Da die Unterkunft erst im Dezember geöffnet hatte, gab es noch keinen Angstellten, der sich um Speisen gekümmert hat, weswegen es kein gestelltes Frühstück gab. Nichtsdestotrotz kann die dortige Küche genutzt werden und ab Februar/ März soll Frühstück auch inklusive sein.
