  This is the place to book camp sites in national parks in Sri Lanka. Booking is open from 9am to 3 pm. Service depends upon the person at the counter. Some people at the counter are friendly and helpful while some others are stupid and incompetent.

  I too have experienced that the website/ e services get stuck at the most critical moments of booking. And then suddenly gets corrected with all weekends and public holidays booked! So it's pretty obvious that this is created. The authorities should look into this issue since its a government property and should be fare by everyone. Unfortunately as everyone knows all these reviews and complaints fall on deaf ears in this country!

  The eReservation system is always failing on the most critical and high volume days. It could be two reasons. The system implemented has not been through proper user requirement ID or stress testing not done. Knowing how strict ICTA was with implementations on gov systems, I cannot accept the failure. If ICTA has done their job, then, could the issue be created? Any bodies guess! The issue has been notified but the authorities remain deaf & blind. It should be borne in mind this is government funds spent for the well being of all citizens and not for the benefit of a privileged lot.

  Recently I stayed in 3 bungalows. One in Wilpathu & two in Yala. The state not at all good. Common You Lot. There is so much money collected. Please improve you toilets. Also make toilets inside the park. Toilets at both entrances were so stinky. Just imagne a foreigner who spends so much cash to get in...& cannot even go to a toilet. What are you doing with our money. PLEASE LOOK AFTER US. Improve your standards. You are just sitting & doing nothing. Damm Shame. Disgusted
