::Poor customer service. This place has no regard for customers and have to wait too long to get your service done. I went to get my broadband sim changed and waited for 1 hour only to be told that they don't not have broadband sim cards and told me to try the union please or bambalapitiya arcades. The problem with dialog is that they have too many customers and they cannot attend to all and they don't treat the customers well. Most government institutions are better than dialog customer services. This is not the first time it happened.
