  Terrible company with no customer service, i pay my subscription every month but half of the time when i turn on my TV it doesn't work so you phone them and they go through the normal script that they have been given to say. I have now been waiting 3 days for someone to help fix my TV with no success. Phoned them again only to be told it will take another 21 hours??? ( why 21 ) to get back to me. Will now be terminating my subscription with them and changing to Peo TV, I suggest everyone else does until they sort their service out & start looking after customers.
