  Second reputed pizza dealer in sri lanka.but not as qualified as pizza hut.

  Place and greater customer service but when prepare pizzas, they don't use gloves I ask about it from the staff they told me before preparing pizzas they wash their hands.

  Worst service ever. Had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my order in and I was 2nd in the queue. The guy who took the order didn't seem very bright, he had trouble understanding a simple order. I do not carry cash around with me and usually pay with my debit cards. However, although they had like 3 machines, couldn't get any one of them to read any of my cards. The managers excuse was "some cards don't work on these machines". And I've never had any issues with any of my cards prior to this. Anyhow, had to run down and get some cash from an ATM machine. Once I did and made the payment, they did not carry enough change to return the full balance. They owed me 10 rupees and they guy at the cashier promised he would find the cash to pay me with the order. I did notice that they did the same thing to the guy who ordered before me as well. Fortunately they didn't take too long with my order but as promised they didn't pay me back the 10 as promised and I didn't want to haggle anyway since I was running late. Got back home and started eating, worst pizza I've had in my life. Never going back there again. Not going near dominos either.

  The taste of the food is not promising. Most pizzas taste very sugary. Once I had to go and pickup my delivery order as the delivery guy couldn't find my home which is very easily find by everyone else. The bill had 'delivery charges' on it and they said that they can't change the bill as it was already been placed and need to send it to their main branch to do any changes. After I refused to pay the bill the manager apologised and offered me another large pizza free and asked to settle the bill. The manager was very understanding and friendly. That's why Im giving this 2stars, otherwise I'm giving one.
