  Went in to get a glass water dispenser - ended up buying the dispenser and so much more! They have affordable items, brilliant quality, their catalogue is ever-growing and staff were so, so, so helpful and friendly. Thank you 🙆‍♀️💗

  Went yesterday to buy a camping tent. Looked very nice and interesting from the outside. But after we went there no one approached us for about 10mins or even bothered to ask us what we want. After several minutes we asked one of the staff members to help us. He was friendly and supportive. The tent was great, the price was great compared to the other shops. But again we had to wait another 15mins to pay for it as there was no one at the cashier. Then a person (maybe the owner or a manager,IDK) finally came apologising for keeping us waiting. Even though the item is good, the customer support is so poor and need to improve.
