::They need to improve their service. They don't have lockers and you can't take your bags in. You either leave it at home or ask someone to hold it for you while you go inside for processing. Further, no place to sit and no shade. Either burn in hot sun or get wet. Plus, they don't answer calls immediately and their online system also has bugs. Love Turkey but not the hassle of visa....

::The numbers don't work and the VISA process takes too long. I applied on 30th Dec and now its 13 Feb and I still didn't get my passport back or at least a call from the embassy. Pathetic...
