  They are doing it the right way unlike the brand delaer of Acer for Sri Lanka. Staff is friendly and helping, Reparing and warrenty clamining is also easy. Thumbs up guys

  Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Takes a while to get your work done however. Went there to claim warranty on an expensive Asus monitor I had bought from them. (had about 5 months warranty remaining, the fault was a permanent vertical line in the display panel) They told me they couldn't repair it. So they offered me a similar model as the replacement. They agreed to give me a standby monitor until the replacement unit arrived. The monitor I got as the replacement was a brand new one.

  Had some repairs done on my ASUS laptop. Final bill came up to only 50% the quoted amount because they realized halfway through that a part didn't need to be replaced. Professional and friendly service, reasonable prices. Recommended.
