  I don't understand such a high rating. The waiting time for the ordered food is long, so it is to get served. Mango prawn curry is like eating a rice with jam. Grilled calamari are - as usual - covered in a red sweet sauce, which is killing the taste of the fish.

  The BEST curry out there. Seriously. Their own signature recipe. Ask for mango-coconut curry with anything, you won't regret. I just had to ask for a recipe!!

  We are in Sri Lanka over 2 weeks and here we had the best dish! We can highly recommend mango coconut fish curry! It's delicious and unique dish. The chef and personel is super friendly and kind! Must eat place in Hikaddua! :)

  following other reviews, we went for mango coconut mains (one prawns and one calamari). and indeed they were mouthwatering! after almost 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, it was a pleasure to try some new flavours. we also had poppadom and mango chutney as a starter, which was also very good, and helped sedating the hunger while waiting for the mains. to be fair, I did not find the wait so bad at all, but I may be getting accustomed to it. on a Wednesday night at 6:45pm, we snatched the last table. there must have been at least another 20 people after us looking for a table, but they were all turned away. worth making a reservation!

  Food was tasty, got the mango fish curry, grilled chicken, chicken curry. Good portions. Very small kitchen so took almost an hour to get our food; don’t expect quick service. Drinks only slightly cool and got warm very quickly. Recommended but not spectacular.
