  Great staff and actually great facilities. 1 room for mobility, stretching and even a boxing bag (gloves provided for free). 1 room with a series of machines (upper body, lower body, etc..). No shower and no towels at disposal (you got to bring your own) but lockers are available. >> Definitely the kind of place where you want to train even when spending just a few days in town (we were travelling accross the country)

  Its a great gym, very helpful team. Their personal training Is really good. It is also located in middle of the city. Have necessary equipment as well. The membership is not expensive. I love this. Has facility to have a bath and go to work after a workout.

  Great gym. What I like about it is the most is that it's genuinely dedicated and not like the fancy gyms around with just the jazz and nothing substantial. Awesome instructors!!

  Loved everything about this gym from the first day itself. Very helpful trainers with a tonne of knowledge always willing to help you out. Very convenient location and great value for every single rupee spent. Would highly highly recommend!

  I would rate this Gym as the best hard core/no nonsense gym in Colombo. Well kept and clean gym. My body shape has definitely changed for the better since I started training at this gym. Love the buzzing atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great owner who has personal training experience from London. Would recommend this Gym to anyone.
