  Hotel receptionist man was very rude. Hot water not working. They change my room but same problem hot water not working .5am I the morning Jim called the reception no answer. So I have to have cold shower.the breakfast very late. They are bringing one by one then no spoons. They all running like headless chicken. It's one man to get it right but each look each other and wait. Air conditioning making lot of noise.overall it sad hotel.

  Set in the town centre opposite a hospital, this casual all-inclusive hotel is a 10-minute walk from Jaffna train station and 2 km from the 17th-century Jaffna Dutch Fort along Palk Strait. Accessed by exterior corridors, the basic rooms feature free Wi-Fi, TVs and minifridges, as well as balconies with water views. Some add extra beds, sleeping up to 5 guests. Meals, snacks and drinks are included. Additional amenities consist of an outdoor pool, a seafood restaurant and a lobby lounge. Parking is available.

  Clean rooms with AC. Value for money. Has ample parking. Good service.

  Good place with good care , even though the prices are high the people are so nice and helpful.

  Typically when we order non veg food for parties some vegetarians get dissatisfied because usually it will get less choices. But in this hotel it was not the case. They had good choice for vegetarians like me too
