Been to this hotel in April 2018 for 1 night only. Top service, and staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to please. Dinner and breakfast was excellent. Just excellent, could not find one reason to complain.

Rating as 3 🌟 because of the poor service at the banquet hall. Attended to a wedding on 19.03.18, the staff does not have any courtecy when serving welcome drinks and 'bites' they just throw the plates to the table, whoever likes to eat should grab them from the table. The host of the wedding had to check and serve the welcome drinks to late comers personally while all the waiters are smiling at her when doing so, which is highly not acceptable since they pay good amount of money and they don't get the service they deserve. The facilities were good. The food were good, But all in all it all doesn't matter if the service is horrible and the staff are not friendly.

Good reception venue for all occasions. Situated along the main road with easy access. Great for weddings with helpful staff. It is adjacent to the Negombo lagoon with great view. It is suited as a location for photo shoot outs as well. Food was nice but there are areas which could be improved.

Staff is great, rooms are big and nice but there is mold on the walls and it smells really bad. You can not open the windows so the only way of getting new air inside the room is via the air condition. Also note that the complex is not only the hotel but also a wedding hall. It can get noisy but it is not that bad. Overall it is a good hotel but needs some improvements to meet the full potential. Food is great, even the wealthy local people come there for a "fancy" dinner.

Food is tasty. I had some cutlets. The environment is homely. The staff is friendly. It is much better if tea is more strong because we ordered milk tea. As a whole, it is good to have that pastry shop there.
