  Last week I bought Nokia 8 here. Also I bought temperd glass for 1000. The sales boy said it is the original one. The very next day temperd started to slip and now it's broken. When I inquired them about it, they said it can't be like that😏 and they have only original items. Before buying they talked well and now they don't even care. Batter not to buy mobile accessories here.

  They say there products this much,and this (#as a example ideabeam website mention prices of many products from this shop.)but when we go there they saying that they can't sell those items for that price.. Don't know every shops behave like this.but I suggest you should call there (before go there)and confirm that items you are looking for can buy above mentioned price.

  Customer care changes time to time. I bought 3 mobiles so far and they are good. But customer care is very poor and absolutely lazy fellows. Its better to make a call to check whether the product is available or not before you go there.

  Good customer service except from one lady. Today I bought a phone and asked for a cover too. Then she said "cover එකක් ඕනමද..ෂහ්. අයියෝ දැන් අනිත් room එකත් අරින්න වෙනවනෙ. අපි ලඟ transparent විතරයි තියෙන්නෙ ඒ room එක ඇරල ගෙනාවොත් අනිවාරෙන් ගන්නවද.ගන්නම වෙනව හරිද." likewise. (while i was there others went to open it several times for some customers) she was acting like she give phones for charity. Then she looked at me like I asked for heroin from her & gave the key to someone to get the phone cover.
