  Hatton national bank is privat bank in the sri lanka. I think hatton national bank is the first privet bank started in sri lanka There are more than hundred banks located around the sri lanak to give banking service to there customers Hattin national bank also provid mobile banking and internet banking to there customers to uplift there living standed

  Surprisingly they take a lot time to get things done. Manager is friendly though. Takes around an hour or two to get things done and come out.

  I had a very bad experience with this branch.I had requested to change the signature cards and handed over the request letter along with the documents asked. I was directed to a female officer to whom I had handed over my application. She had promised to do the needful and told me that she would call me if there any short comings. Now it's even more than a month and i have visited several times to the bank . Staff were telling so many lies passing the ball to others and no progress. When I try to call over the phone, staff were playing around and kept on transferring, finally hung up the phone. It has only resulted pain and time wastage to me. Now I have decided to go to another bank to open the account.

  This HNB branch made easy deposits Self Money Deposits Machine available. Good customer service. But always little crowd. Parking space also available.
