  They entered my room to shut the air conditioner while I went for a short walk. I felt that my room was not mine.

  Wonderful stay with really welcoming family. We stayed here for just 1 night before continuing our journey through SL. It was perfect for what we needed. It is family owned and the guy welcoming was very genuine, helpful and made sure everything was as the guests needs. We felt welcome and even got an upgrade room (higher up) to avoid potentially being awoken by customers arriving later. We didn't need, but was given. That is service. The other rooms also looked fine on the ground floor, no luxury but this is a cousy homestay basically, and you get a welcoming, local, clean experience for a very affordable price. This is the perfect stay for a shorter period. Clean, comfortable, good bed and authentic good local breakfast. Our first taste of SL breakfast. Still the best so far.

  Good location if you need to stay close to the airport, a bit too friendly staff, they almost didn't give us any privacy. They were very kind.

  I staid in this place for 4 nights. It is a homestay style place. The people who run it are extremely friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are clean and spacious and the wifi works fine. We took two tours, one to Sigiraya and the other to Kandy. Found the price of 110usd per day a bit expensive, but the car was comfortable and the driver friendly enough. The breakfast is to your choice and I choose the sri lankan breakfast which tasted excellent. We also took a dinner once which was equally good. Laundry services are also available.
