  We came from Nawala and we are the Official Tour Agents of Grace Lanka Venture Limited.Owner Dinesh’s Wife Priya is the one who communicated with my father and promised to arrange us two rooms Free of charge as we have given them nearly 5 laks business from Chinese tour groups for last 3 months.As a result they have promised us to provide 2days free accommodation as that’s the normal custom and loyal tradition from any hotel to retain their genuine tour agents..But this people (Owner Dinesh And his Wife) being Hindu’s have neglected their religious teachings as well..They have put us a bill of Rs.45,000/- which was unbelievable and it’s actually more than the group rate too..Not that because of money they have cheated us (Priya)by saying it’s FOC and once everything done they given us a bill without proper room or food facilities..The hotel and rooms not look like which you can seen on Facebook or any other website..The meals don’t look taste too..They mentioned as international breakfast and given a too roasted sausage and one egg being not conventional at all..Staff is not properly trained at all.Those were just small kids hired from tea estates and service does not looks pleasant at all.. whatsoever happened We paid the bill in full being genuine tour agents and came out by totally disappointing and with Great Depression for getting caught to bunch of Cheaters who owned Jojo hotel,nuwaraeliya.. It’s not about just money it’s about neglecting genuineness ,honesty and customer satisfaction and disrespecting the basic principles of hospitality industry.. Dear Travellers,never ever book this hotel for your accommodation purpose as the management is bunch of thieves who willing to bill you unnecessarily to rob your money..Be careful , give value to your hard earned money..Stay away from cheaters and and liers who neglecting the hospitality industry... I’m An Accountant in a leading private company and I know corporate ethics and I’m with professional competence and due care..So Guys please reject this hotel and let them suffer for the huge loss they done to us as tomorrow it will be for you... Thanks and stay safe!!!

  Fantabulous place to joy with family and kids... we enjoyed our 3days stay and all meals were mouthwatering and management and staffs extended their fullest support thru out our stay.....

  Good hotel to stay. Really good food. Extremely friendly staff and each one of them are proactive with their work. You name the thing and you get it quickly. Surely visiting again to this place.

  Best hospitality and so many foods very tasty. Good staffs I am happy to stay here wander full place.
