  Very bad customer Care.Thug Managers went to House of Fashion on 2018.03.24 with my sister. When we go back and try to separate out what my sister bought I noticed that the cashier had billed for 1950x3 nos. of Mens shirts instead of 250.00x3 men’s vest. I went on 2018.03.25 night with my bill and the wrongly billed items. Even without any our faults they behaved like we are thieves and They referred to me three places and finally at the information desk I explained matter for them third time. The girl who was there at one said that they cannot check this now and come back tomorrow. Do we need to waste our time for their faults? No way! . Then my husband met the manager (later he introduced himself as the chief manager) and he also refused to check and sort this out at that time. With our refusal to come back tomorrow the chief manager had to check the bill at that time itself. It took only 10 minutes to check the bill. Instead of spending that 10 minutes to check the bill they are asking the customers to come back another day. Is that the way they should treat the customers. Finally they had to accept their fault. My husband tried to take the evidence of the bill as we didn’t have a copy of that. At that time one manager (he is the Admin manager as introduced by the chief manager later) harassed and the thugs in the staff (especially one fat officer with long beard) insulted us and spoke with very bad words that should not talk to a customer. Then we called 119 and policed arrived there. After that they returned the bill and items. And by that time that thug Admin Manager was missing from the place. When we check the bill it was also wrong and we did not took the balance. They have deducted additional Rs.1020.00 from my balance. How they became managers even if they can’t do simple maths. We are going to complain against this thug management insulting us. We did our New Year shopping for last years from House of Fashion. This will be the last for my life and I will not let anyone of mine to shop at House of Fashion until this type of managers and customer service is there..

  It is a good place to go shopping, both quick and long. It has ample underground parking space and inside is also just as spacious. It sells a wide range of almost anything related to fashion. The prices are reasonable, although some are a bit too expensive. It changes themes according to the season. It's a good place.

  Really clean store. Extensive range. Good parking. Good ambience. Great service. There is opportunity here for adding a great coffee shop and even small exclusive range of food retail. ....will be a shoppers paradise then.....reckon opportunity is knocking at the door...

  Despite it's super luxury appearance, the place has a wide variety of items that are budget friendly. The winter clothes are quite cheap compared to the high end stores yet delivers a similar experience with surprisingly high quality garments. Each floor is designated to a certain type of items an from top they are; households, gents, ladies, kids and finally on the ground floor it's a mix and match of all the above items. Foreign visitors are provided a convenient money exchange facility at the ground floor. Parking is not a problem at all with their massive underground parking complex. However you might wanna be careful when arriving in a large SUV type vehicle since the bends are tight around the building near the exit.

  Very beautiful gift, souvenir and fashion store in Colombo. Houses a lot of stuff at affordable prices much lower than other places in the country. You can get everything here from magnets, books, clothes, electronic items, jewelry, perfumes and lots more. You can spend easily several hours shopping here. The best part about this place is that rates are competitive and very customer friendly as well. Don't miss this place if you are in Colombo
