::Good outlet. Friendly staff. Courteous and polite. Premier branch caters to some of wealthy clientele. They have deposit counters on the first floor and the Premier lounge. To me it does not make sense to have a lounge for Premier customers. I would imagine the wealthy premier customers not coming to the branch at all, instead they would have some staff to handle any transactions or maybe have the relationship manager of Hsbc to get the transactions done. Such a lounge at the branch is in my opinion a waste of money and valuable space. Just my thoughts and no offence to anyone.
