  After a long delay, the units were delivered in satisfactory condition. I was told that they had some labour issues but everything had been sorted out now. Hopefully they will be able to deliver on their promises to future clients.

  One and a half years passed the due date of delivery still not complete and handed over officially. Lots of faults and finishing is the worst. Silicon seems to be the answer for everything, leaks from the washroom has soaked the cement floor under the floor boards and the walls are soakings up the water from under and discoloured as you can see in the pictures. Management is avoiding our calls and MD is a ghost.
