  The staff is friendly when facing you but their work is same as any Indian bank. Papers don't move and neither do they followup with the paperwork. After two weeks of them processing my staff's salary remmitance to India, it had not reached. I was desperately trying to get them on the phone and no one answers the phone. After further one week I personally went to the bank and sat down demanding to know why this remmitance had not reached India. After a lot of running around to the back office by the service counter in about 45 minutes they come and tell me that their Indian counterpart has rejected the application because one word was tippexed.

  Friendly staff. As they have few customers unlike other local banks, it is easy to get any service faster. No queue at the counters. Beautiful girls are around. 😊
