  This place is not cheap for the work they do. Go to the Immigration Dpt if you can. It is hard to find value for money in many things in this country. I don't know why people here do not understand it. It may be the thought that foreigners can be fooled easily.

  Nice, fast, no-problem service(they will do everything instead of you), you save your time, everything great, but price is really overcharged. If you busy and have money - choose them.

  Great service every time! If you don't have time to travel all the way to the Immigration Office in Battaramulla and spend hours waiting in line, the centre gives you a convenient and efficient alternative. Thank you for making my life easier in the past few months. Definitely will recommend.

  Sri Lanka as a whole has not yet understood how expensive their services are. The fees charged by this company is not an exception and are too much. SL will need to look at how other countries do these things. Tourists are not stupid and they are well travelled people. Everything in SL seems to be way too expensive; hotels, food and you name it. Only thing which is little reasonably priced in Sri Lanka is the public transport. Whilst people may like a fast service using this company the cost is way too much for an experienced traveller. So much so in trying to get tourists to this country. Good luck to SL.

  I have used this company regularly for tourist visa extensions for the last 4 years. I have found the service to be professional and efficient. You submit your paperwork before 11am and your passport and visa is usually back by 4 pm the same day normally takes about 15 to 30 mins with waiting time. The company also offers to courier your passport back to your address if you don't want another trip to their office for a nominal extra fee. This company is approved by the Sri Lankan Dept of Immigration this service is a massive improvement on the previous system years ago where you had to attend the immigration dept in person and could expect a processing time of 4 to 5 hours. I have no problem recommending this company. Mr Dean Morris Manchester United Kingdom
