  When comparing to other institutes this place is one of the famous place personal management. Place is good they do have facilities. But they dont have any discipline when talking to customers. Staff need more training on that. As well as they should have some knowledge about the courses.

  Doesnt deserve a single star.have been trying over 3 weeks to get a past certificate and i cant even say the service sucks because there has to be a worst word than that to describe their level of service.

  It is the best university for HRM in sri lanka but the worst institute when comes to management and customer service. I wated to talk to Examination department and i was waiting for 5mins and no one answer the phone. Not even the receptionist get back and say that they are busy. No proper system as well. The worst experience I ever had.

  It's a institute which is providing foundation caurses to MSCs in the feild of Human Resource Management. There are air-conditioned lecture halls, huge library, and also good sanitary facilities. There is a well managing car park with security. And also the supportive and friendly lecturers help buildup our careers in HR feild.
