  Courteous staff..Excellent location..Very near to the railway station and to lot of indian restaurants. Very neatly maintained and a good view from the family room. Will definitely book again when I'm in Kandy.

  We are totally disappointed. We booked room with hill view. You can compare view from the offer vs reality. Unfriendly staff. They asked us to chose sets for breakfast. In the morning nothing was even close to what we ordered and non English speaking staff was unable to fix it. Room is extremely noisy. Every 20-30 minutes 24 hrs a day you hear ringing train bells and diesel train engines behind your window. During the night you are unable to handle that even with ear plugs. Pros: WiFi connection and AC quality.

  Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff. The bunk beds have good privacy and good lockers. Note, there is not very big space in the toilet though.

  The rooms are great, very modern and clean. The 3rd floor dorm is just a empty space with beds in it. Staffs are very helpful.
