  Standards at this place is terrible. Yes, no one is going to KFC to eat healthy buy under cooked chicken, pink in the middle, chicken with blood veins on are worse. Customer service is nil. They would treat you like you are in the que for free food. I will not recommend this place to anyone ever. There are few other better places

  Now the place better than last month...clean and nice but wash rooms are out of service...gave 4 stars because it's now in progress for better service...

  Food is the same as other KFC outlets. However, staff need a better training than this. Specially to cater a large number of people. This outlet damn busy in the weekend, as it's close to Dehiwala beach. Sometimes orders take a long time. Limited dedicated parking for the outlet. But you can easy park along the Marine drive.

  Everything about this place is bad. The staff is full of attitude and the food was not cooked properly and is cold. The trays serving food were not washed. Flies all over the tables. They will give you just one or two ketchup like if it costs them a lot of money. I would never recommend anyone to go to this place.

  Has a wide selection of meals. Most meals are not vegetarian options though. The atmosphere is okay and has enough seating. Good for a quick bite. Has moderate parking space as well. The prices are also considerate. The portion size could be better. Overall this is an okay place for a meal.
