  Kirimetiyana is a rural village and Situated in the North Western Province of Sri Lanka. It would take about 30min to reach From Katunayake International Air Port. Most of the people are husbandman and they cultivate paddy twice a year. “Yala and Maha” Seasons. Majority of the population is Buddhist and Catholics. They all live in peace and harmony.There are many tales about kirimetiyana and life style of the people its past some believable and some not so. Kirimetiyana is the ideal place to relax.
