  Good pretense with false promises that's gonna drive you mad. I had to wait for ages after ordering my car from Kusum Car sale and after the order was made, I had to call them up every time to ask them where the car is. Their response is always either a big fat lie or a misleading I'll call you in an hour trap. Horrible customer service from the owner that never picks up your call to the employees that always lies. If you wanna buy a car from them and if you are so lucky that the prices of the cars are the same after you placed your order, then you might get it. Otherwise they will probably sell it for the highest bidder while you get to wait for an eternity and give up on the car. So my verdict, avoid Kusum Car Sales at all costs!

  Simply DONT IMPORT VEHICLES from Kusum! I waited over 4 months after ordering a car from them with much promises in the beginning. After I gave them advance, I had to go behind them everyday just to know the arrival date of the car but its always "I'll call you in an hour" or "I'll call you in the evening/morning/tomorrow". I waited for 4 months and still waiting, and now I cant buy the same car from another place because the prices have gone up. Kusum are just crooks looking to sell for the highest price and they wont hesitate to screw you all over just to make a buck. P.S. Most of the reviews in here that praises their service and whatnot have been placed by their own employees. Save yourself the trouble and high blood pressure by NOT ordering from Kusum car sale!
