  I had a very bad experience here. It took me more than 5 hours to submit my EPF documents. The staff in the Central Filing Devision was very inefficient. But I must say the staff in the EPF document submission division was very efficient and helpful. Need to implement computerized token systems and announcing systems in all the floors/divisions at Labour Department
