  We've used travel guru Tours twice and are really very pleased with the services. Can highly recommend. Our drive Saman, was a very safe driver with good English. We had a great relaxing holiday and it was good to have found a professional company that reply quickly by email and then do everything you have asked for and more. Saman and the travel guru team did a great job and Sri Lanka was always a pleasure to visit.

  My Boyfriend and I have just returned from a wonderful 10 days in Sri Lanka organized by Travel guru tours. After reading some great reviews on here and struggling to tailor make a trip on my own I decided to get in contact with the Travel guru Tour's team. After many emails back and forth, together we came up with the perfect itinerary to suit us. We wanted to do everything we could in ten days and Travel guru tours made it happen! When we arrived at the airport our guide greeted us with a warm welcome and couldn't do enough to make us instantly feel at ease. He really was a pleasure to be with from start to finish. Saman had excellent local knowledge and always made sure we were happy with what we had planned each day. He always said if we wanted to change the itinerary at any point or do something different then just to let him know. I really liked this about Travel guru tours as it was important to us that we had some flexibility on our holiday. A massive plus point for us was Saman's driving. We knew it was going to be a pretty scary experience although Saman was great and took care on the roads so we felt safe with him. The car allocated to us was spacious with plenty of aircon which was lovely to jump into after a full day out in the sun! Saman arranged a safari for us as this was part of our agreed itinerary. Instead of booking this through the hotel he knew someone who could take us out privately at a cheaper rate. We were over the moon with this as we had a jeep to ourselves and the driver took us out slightly earlier than everyone else so we arrived in the Park first. We were so lucky to see everything!! Elephants, leopards, a bear, crocodiles and much more!. This really was a highlight of our trip and made possible because of Saman. Our payment to Travel guru tours was through PayPal, so there was nothing to worry about at all! And everything went smooth. I am so glad we chose to book our trip to Sri Lanka throughTravel guru as Saman and the team gave us the best experience possible. Thank you so much for the trip of a life time once again ! ”

  Travelled with my 4 grand parents and with 6 other friends of mine. It was our first time in Sri Lanka. Before arriving I talked to travel guru tours and fixed a 6nights tour around the country. We wanted an adventurous tour including surfing, whale and dolphin watching plus wild animal safari. We visited yala, mirissa whale watching , climbing the Adams peak, temple of tooth in Kandy, visited the ruins of anuredhepure and polonnaruwe. Climbed sigiriya lions rock and head back to hikkaduwa. We travelled with mr.gamini our tour guide plus driver. A very kind man who explained everything along the way. Also helped us when we were dealing with the locals. But my grand parents wanted a more comfortable and luxury tour. So they planned a short trip around the country. It was there 7th time in Sri Lanka. Travel guru provided a BMW for their round tour because they specifically asked for a luxury vehicle other than a van. They travelled with mr. Pathmasiri. A middle aged man who also was the owner of the tour agency. All in all both our tours were great and exciting. Just wanted to thank lanka travel guru tours for arranging such a lovely time. You don't need to know anything about the important sites to visit when you are here. Just contact travel guru and they will surprise you constantly. worth every penny that we spent for the tour. They are professionals who arrange great tours for reasonable prices. Also the response time for the emails ware very quick. We will be back next year. Love from Ireland.

  We travelled as a group of 6 people(4 Adults and 2 kids). Was our second visit in Sri Lanka. We only had a week in sri lanka, so we decided to travel around the country. hired Lanka travel guru tours for our round trip. we were picked up by mr. Gamini from the airport and drove directly to Mirissa. On our way to Mirissa, we stopped in Hikkaduwa at Lanka Travel Guru tours location, then we met with mr.Pathmesiri, who was the owner of the tour company. Was a nice person, he offered us tea in his shop and explained more in detail about the tour plan. First two days we stayed in mirissa, and we went on whale watching, turtle farms, moonstone mines and yala national park. Afterwards we set off to kandy, visited the temple of tooth. was such a great experience, a peaceful temple with a great history line. also visited pinnawela on our way to kandy. In the evening we went to the botanical gardens in kandy. next day drove to sigiriya, where we climbed the lions rock( sigiriya), which is declared as one of the world heritage sites. Next day we had our flight in the eveining, so we decided to get some massages in order to relax before heading back. So we thank mr.gamini and travel guru tours for making our holiday such a wonderful journey filled with memories. Our kids and grandparents loved the tour. I would rate 10/10 for the services of travel guru tours, totally recommend them for a nice tour around Sri lanka. The tour guide (mr.gamini) spoke very good english and he explained everything. he took care of us. especially, he also included our kids in the conversations when explaining, not to make them feel left alone. Also they replied me really fast to all my questions regarding the tour. The prices were reasonable and definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend. Greetings from Clare and Jim.

  We hired travel guru for a 7 days wonderful Tour. It was magical , we visited so many interesting places. There were many highlights in the tour, our kids were thrilled to see the elephant babies in pinnawala. Was a nice experience. We were provided with a tour guide / the driver and a luxury vehicle for the tour. I have to say the tour was magical.. In terms of pricing, it was worth it and of course reasonable. Cheers
